There are beautiful pictures, colors, and designs in programs, on TV, and in print. While these are clearly beautiful events that stand out, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself and create something that truly reflects your style. You may find something that is exactly what you want and what you are looking for… and that is perfect. But don’t get caught up in recreating someone else’s event for fear of expressing your own style.
Simple things like varying colors, or picking two shades of a color, selecting different accents and textures, and choosing a fun font for your invitations are great places to start in creating an event style that’s truly yours.
Each event starts as a blank drawing board. It’s yours to do with it what you will, so have fun and enjoy!
