This past Monday, Mahaffey provided a 10′ x 105′ gable end frame tent for the King Holiday Celebration at the National Civil Rights Museum here in Memphis. The tent was used as a walkway for those attending the event that was in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Here’s a picture of the tent in front of the Lorraine Motel:
Attendees at the King Holiday Celebration enjoyed various activities including arts and crafts for children, courtyard vendors, local radio station remotes with on-air personalities and special guests, and Joe Cornelius “The Hatman” performances.
We hope everyone had a great time!
