Quick Install of Luncheon Tent March 19, 2012

Mahaffey provided a 66 ft. x 216 ft. tent a corporate employee luncheon today. The company contacted us and requested the tent on March 8th and within a week we had it up and ready to go, four days before the actual event. We quickly addressed their needs and immediately began preparing for the event after being contacted. Mahaffey also provided the tables, chairs and lighting for the event.

Mahaffey Covers Virginia Tech’s Campaign for the Future March 5, 2012

Check out this great testimonial video from our customers at Virginia Tech. This past fall, Mahaffey Tent Rentals provided a 132′ wide clearspan tent for the closing of Virginia Tech’s 8-year fundraising campaign, which brought in over $1.1 billion for the university. Enjoy!

Mahaffey Holiday Party December 9, 2011

We hosted our 2011 holiday party at the Memphis Zoo last night, and we had wonderful evening with friends, families, partners, and our fabulous customers. Everyone enjoyed food by Simply Delicious Catering, ice skating, and Zoo Lights. This is the second year for Mahaffey Tent and Party Rentals to provide the clearspan structure covering the ice rink, which will be up through January 29.

Chuck Hutton Chevrolet Delivery Tent October 18, 2011

Mahaffey is currently providing a clearspan structure with exhibit lights for Chuck Hutton Chevrolet on Mt. Moriah in Memphis. Jean-Louis Forain Gala at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens July 1, 2011

The Dixon Gallery and Gardens has been honored as the only American art gallery currently housing the work of Jean-Louis Forain. To celebrate this honor, the Dixon held a gala for which Mahaffey had the privilege of transforming one of their outdoor garden spaces for the event.

Dixon Gallery and Gardens Gala Part I June 27, 2011

The Dixon Gallery and Gardens recently became the only gallery in America to host the work of Jean-Louis Forain, a French impressionist. To celebrate that honor, the Dixon held the La Fête Forain Opening Gala.

Mahaffey contributed an 82′ wide clearspan structure for the outdoor East Memphis event. Here are a few pictures of the set-up.
